The 5 'P's of Marketing
1. Product. You should be able to explain why at least one customer demographic needs your product and why it's the best in your industry.
2. Positioning. Know your market environment (who are your competitors?) and what makes you unique.
3. Price. How does yours compare to your competitors'? Price can be an important point of differentiation, particularly in the present economy.
4. Promotion. Are you doing everything you can to get your product/service in front of potential customers in a cost-effective way?
5. Place. Do you sell in stores? online? over the phone? Have you chosen the right distribution method for your product/service?
