5 Quick, Guilt-Free Snacks |

Bananas. Bananas are a good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin C and potassium. Eat them freshly peeled or insert popsicle sticks in them and freeze for a cool, after-work treat. |

Raisins. Yeah, we know... sugar, sugar. But raisins are low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. And they come in those adorable little boxes! |

Pistachio nuts. Like all nuts, they are chocked full of protein and are a good source of Vitamin E. |

Hummus. Made from chick peas, hummus is a great alternative protein without saturated fat. Use it as a dip for fresh veggies, like cauliflower, broccoli or celery. |

A cookie. That's right, you heard us... a cookie. We here at WHY think that there's no reason to deny yourself an occasional sweet or to feel guilty about wanting an Oreo. Just keep your indulgence to one, if you can, or else just don't keep them in the house. |
